The Clinical Experience: You Are in Control

This is a collaborative, client-led process. While I facilitate the state of focused relaxation, you remain the director of the experience. I act as your guide, creating the environment where your system can become more receptive to the changes you desire.

Because this is a state of heightened focus rather than a loss of consciousness, you remain fully aware and in total control at all times. You cannot be guided toward any change that conflicts with your personal values, your will, or your goals.

I provide the tools, but you hold the power to implement the change.

Efficiency & Results

Hypnotherapy is designed as a goal-oriented, brief-support intervention. Hypnotherapy is a goal-oriented, brief-support intervention. By working directly with your automatic habits and reactions, we bypass the limitations of dialogue to achieve significant results efficiently.

  • Objective: To align your subconscious “defaults” with your conscious goals.

  • Timeline: Targeted goals are typically achieved within 6 to 12 sessions.

Aligning Your Inner Landscape

We often experience life as a set of competing internal voices—the part that seeks growth and the part that clings to the familiar for safety. These “parts” are not flaws; they are often well-intentioned survival patterns developed during heavier seasons to protect us.

Like a biological safety mechanism, these parts work to keep us safe based on the information they had at the time. However, as life moves forward, these automated patterns can become outdated and un-needed, leaving you feeling stuck, conflicted, or disconnected from your true goals.

Integration is the process of bringing these scattered pieces into a cohesive, collaborative whole. By using guided imagery, mindfulness, and focused breathwork, we create a calm environment for the nervous system, making it possible to update these deep-seated reactions. Through a blend of Supportive Dialogue and Pattern Awareness, we work to:

  • De-escalate Conflict: Soften the internal friction between your goals and your “automated” survival responses.

  • Acknowledge your Protective Parts: Honour the parts of you that have carried you through difficulty, while updating their role for your current life.

  • Restore Agency: Move from being “triggered” by your parts to leading them with conscious choice.

The goal of integration isn’t to erase these parts of your story, but to weave them into a foundation where you feel safe and steady—allowing you to move forward with a clear sense of purpose.
